When contacting me I will require you to read a form and agree to it. Everything here will be on that form. (The form can be found here if you'd like to view.)
Image copyright
1. I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not use it for anything other than personal use.2. All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods and services is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.3. Reposting conditions.
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link to one of my socials or my name is mentioned) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.4. Prohibited actions.
Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.I do not consent to my work being fed into/used to train AI.Claiming the artwork as your own.If these terms are broken, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me.
Payment information
1. Payment is done through Kofi.2. Payment.
I require the payment upfront.
I don't take payment plans.3. Refunds/Cancelling policy.
If the commission is cancelled, before I finish the sketch, you will receive a full refund.
If I have made progress after the sketch and the commission is canceled by you the refund will be case by case.
Progress made:
Sketch: 90% will be refunded.
Fully Colored Sketch: 75% will be refunded
Fully Shaded Sketch: 50% will be refunded
The piece is finished or only requires touchups: 25-0% will be refundedIf the commission is cancelled by me you will receive a full refund.
You have permission to use the piece for personal use if the commission was cancelled by me or you only received a percentage of the full refund, as long as you continue to follow ToS.I have the full right to decline or cancel a commission at any point.Please do not commission me if you cannot afford it. Art is a luxury.
Contact and communication
1. Discussion of commissions can be conducted via Discord ( DoodleSnook#6983 ) where I am most active or DeviantArt ( iiDoodleSnookii ), If you have neither, please contact me via email ( [email protected] )
These may take me time to reply, please be patient.2. Reference guidelines.
Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.If you link to a gallery of your character’s artwork, I cannot promise your design will be done with 100% accuracy. Design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to accurately draw your character. Shading on potential pieces will also play a part in this.
Workflow
1. Timeframe.
Commission can take me anywhere form a couple hours to a couple months. This entirely depends on how difficult and large the piece is, how I'm feeling, and potential outside factors like family/equipment troubles, etc.
I will try to keep you up to date depending on how personal the issue may be.2. Work in progress.
I try to send as many updates as possible (while trying not to spam) so you know where I am and so I know if you'd like anything changed.
Expect to at least see updates when: I finish the sketch, coloring, shading, any finalizations.3. Revisions and edits.
If the commission has a sketch approval/finalization stage, any edits/revision requests must be made before/during that faze.After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.

If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.
Will/Won't Draw
Ask before commissioning and provide an example/reference first:
-Humans
-Humanoid (furries are fine.)Will:
-Animals/ferals (be it real, extinct, myth, or an original species)
-Furries/Anthro
-Complicated Designs or simple designsWon't:
-NSFW or Suggestive content
-Fetishes
-Gore
-Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, etc
I aim to satisfy my customers.
If you have anything you wish to discuss with me on the aspect of the commission please do not be afraid to do so.
I am willing to adjust some of my terms if asked before I start the commission. Example, if you don't want me to post the finished product anywhere, etc.
